I've worked with a lot of webhosts over the last 20 years. HostPapa's customer service levels have far exceeded the others. They are easy to get hold of via chat. The people are knowledgeable. When things have to get escalated, they do it fast and effectively.

Equally important is their professionalism. They are friendly. Most of the people actually want to help. Many will go out of their way to look for solutions - even when the issue isn't really a HostPapa issue.

Most importantly - I trust them.

Excellent customer service. I worked with these guys quite some time in a few projects and everytime I need some technical assistance and support they are always very helpful going the extra mile to help you. I definetely recommend hostpapa. kudos to this excellent pros :)

When deciding to purchase HostPapa service, I pointedly asked the sales representative if there was automatic renewal of service.

I was told: NO.

Now, I see I'm billed $400 for a renewal I did not ask for. I had no intention of renewing owing to bad service.

When a system error was found it was resolved quickly by the technicians. This was a new account by Host Papa.

I have to reach out to Hostpapa via the web interface a few times a year. The response is almost immediate, the service is friendly and the knowledge of my problem is relevant and comprehensive. My issue always gets resolved to my satisfaction in a matter of minutes, and I usually learn something along the way.

Easy simplified access, and virtually instant response and quick management of very rare issues. In fact I cannot recall any issues.

I have been a HostPapa user for over 10 years. I can always rely on them to provide prompt, professional and friendly service.

HostPapa is great! Every time I call in a problem, large or small, I get a "live person" on the phone in 5 seconds and they know how to resolve my problem. This is a company you can count on.

We turned in the trouble ticket at 7pm and the issue with WordPress / php security was fixed by 6am the next morning. Great communication during and afterward.

They give you very small I/O limits so literally any wordpress plugin installation or updates will cause it to go over and then they'll try to pressure you into upgrading to their ultimate plan, even if all you have is a static site with 4 visitors a week. It's scammy.

I've had many experience with Hostpapa. Domain transfert, new hosting plans and more, for me, friends, family and clients. I realy like there main customer interface, simple and efficient. When I need help they are always there !
